- Effective March 1, 2024, Prior Authorization is no longer required for Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive. Learn more.
- Effective May 1, 2024, Health Plan of Nevada (Commercial) and Sierra Health and Life will be adopting the following UHC Reimbursement Policies
  - Outpatient Hospital Maximum Frequency per Day.
  - Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Services.
