Chia Seed Pudding
Make this pudding in 5 minutes. Great for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of unsweetened soy or almond milk with added protein
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract or almond extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or date syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, cardamom, or pumpkin pie spice (optional)
- Optional Toppings: sliced almonds, fresh berries, a few dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the chia seeds in the blender until smooth.
- Whisk the chia seeds into the blended ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a jar or individual glass containers, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight to let gel.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
