Yogurt Fruit Popsicle
Ingredients
- 2 cups fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup, adjust to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. For chunky fruit popsicles, add in an additional 1/3 cup of chopped fruit into the mixture after it's been blended.
- Pour the popsicle mixture into popsicle molds, and place in freezer for about 4-5 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe makes roughly 3 cups of popsicle mixture. Depending on which popsicle molds you use, this may be just enough or too much.
- Try any plain yogurt–Greek, cashew, almond, coconut, etc. If you use a flavored yogurt, then do not add the honey/agave.
- Frozen or fresh fruit will work fine. You can mix different fruits together. Mango, strawberry, blueberry, peach, pineapple, and raspberry all work well for this recipe.
