Riccotta and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta
  • ¼ cup berries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt and ricotta in a bowl. Top with berries, almonds and chia seeds.
