Make sure to review your account after your January 2026 premium is billed on December 10, 2025. You can also select your communication preferences and review or change your PCP, if desired.

Changes to open enrollment: What that means for you

We want to make sure you’re covered for 2026. Please choose a plan that best works for you between now and January 15; otherwise, you must experience a qualifying life event – like getting married – in order to change your 2026 plan.
