Paying Your Premium
If you're an individual plan member, you can pay your premium online, by mail or by phone. Your premium, the amount you pay for your health insurance plan, is due on the first day of each month. Once we receive your payment, it will show on our system within 2-3 business days.
Pay your premium online.
Simply sign in to the online member center. You can make a one-time payment or pay your premium automatically each month by credit card, debit card or from your checking or savings account.
If you need assistance, call 1-800-275-1573, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note we cannot take payments over the phone.
Pay your premium by mail.
Detach the top of your billing statement and include it with your payment. Then write your group ID and subscriber ID on your check. Mail and make checks payable to:

Returned checks or checks that can’t be cashed will not be considered payment.

To pay by phone, call 1-855-697-9512 and have your member number ready.
Remember, this information only applies to individual plan members. If you receive health insurance coverage through your employer, most likely, your contribution (if applicable) is deducted from your paycheck.
