Mental health support
It’s okay to feel anxious, fearful or sad about the impact of these natural disasters. Call the Optum Emotional Support line at 1-866-447-3573 to talk to a mental health specialist and get the mental and emotional support you need. This service is available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
